MTR UPCOMING DATES: Saturday 7th March INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY MUMS THAT RAVE

ABOUT MUMS THAT RAVE
Mums That Rave is the Multi Award Winning #1 Day Party for women and Mums founded by international DJ, Producer & Creative Nikki Beatnik (Glastonbury, Kelis Tour DJ, Beatnik Records, British Fashion Awards, Ministry of Sound) in 2019. A party for Mums by a Mum in music with a 3 decade long career in DJing, Producing, music directing, clubs and touring. Mums That Rave aims to empower and inspire Mamas to live their best life and claim their much needed safe spaces in music, nightlife and beyond, The most fun day party where Mamas can meet up, make new friends, dance like no one is watching and grab life by the disco balls. This aint your average Mum meet up though, the music is bonafide, the DJ can scratch and the vibes are immaculate.

Mums That Rave is the brainchild of DJ Nikki Beatnik, a legendary figure in London nightlife, with a stellar career in music spanning 3 decades, having DJ’d in 70 countries across the globe for brands, celebrities and festivals, she became a Mum in 2014. Nikki was a touring DJ and musician up until a few days before she gave birth & she was all too Nikki aware of the lack of visibility and provisions for Mums in the music, especially for women DJs. After giving birth she struggled to find Mums crew, so just like she has done during her whole career, she forged a new path. One of Nikki’s mottos is “if you can’t see it, be it” and In 2019 Mums That Rave was born, a party just for Mums. A dope spot to go out on a Saturday afternoon and listen to the best tunes old and new. Mums That Rave is now much bigger than Nikki had even envisaged, it has an online community of 75,000 and has garnered 90 million views worldwide. There are Mums That Rave Panel talks, the Music That Rave Video Podcast, Mums That Rave DJ LIVE streams and in 2025 Nikki launched MTR FITNESS.

In 2025 Nikki won a Nigh time Industry Award for contribution to nightlife for her work with Mums That Rave which has seen thousands of women happily rave the day away.

Fast forward to present day and Mums That Rave is a whole movement with the aim to give Mums community via raving. An amazing place to meet like minded women, Mums That Rave is challenging stereotypes of Mums life and sticking two fingers up at societal pressures on Mums, giving them a much needed place to let their hair down.
Mums That Rave has been life changing and life affirming for many of the women who have attended over the past 6 years which is most evident via the testimonials of hundreds of the Mums That Rave crew, the videos and the photos from the many raves.
